Admission Process
A simple, transparent 4-step process to join the Hotumal Kerala family.

Review Eligibility
Confirm your child meets the age criteria for the target class (Class 1-10). Age certificates and birth certificates are required.

Fill Application Form
Complete the online inquiry form below or collect a physical form from our office in Ghana, Khamaria.

Submit Documents
Submit Aadhar Card (student + parent), recent school Transfer Certificate (TC), last year's mark sheet, and two passport photos.

Admission Confirmed
On document verification and fee payment, you will receive an official Admission Confirmation Letter and Roll Number.
Documents Required
- Student Aadhar Card (Original + Photocopy)
- Parent Aadhar Card
- Transfer Certificate (TC) from previous school
- Previous year's Mark Sheet / Progress Report
- Birth Certificate
- 2 Recent Passport-size Photographs
- Caste Certificate (if applicable for fee concession)
Fee Structure Note
Fee details are available at the school office. Concessions are available for meritorious students and children of economically weaker sections as per government norms.
